Based on a true story..

A girl losses her love because her mom forbids it. She is forced to move far away, so that she will never see him again. Two years later, after the fatal car accident and her moms death, she is forced to live in her new town, with new friends, and new romance. But she never forgets her first love, the one she will always love and the one she will keep loving until the day she dies. Although she tries to move on, she can never forget him. Finally the years past and she moves on, has a new life, new friends, a new man. But suddenly the one she truly loves appears and she must decide which life she truly wants. Her old life, or her new one.
